I don't even know how to ask. The crux of the matter is this.
I would like to make clean html pages without unnecessary garbage and setting up a new project for half a day.
Now there is a folder with blocks (like bam, in one folder, for example header, there are scss and html. And a folder with html pages into which html blocks are connected. Then all this crap (scss, html, js, foundation framework files, etc.) etc.) run through a cloud of gulp tasks, connect, compress, rename, etc. As a result, we got a huge clumsy gulpfile that does not work 100% as we would like

What tools can really help to make high-quality component layout, and will not complicate the process (as bem does when it takes a month to understand syntax, tools, assemblers, etc. to create an html page)?

Vue Cli + Bootsrap Vue
There will be no problems with forms, carousels, tabs, modal windows, etc., there is a whole list of components + easily typeset for all devices due to the bootsrap grid
