What tools, algorithms, methods are there to complement images?

Please let me know if anyone has dealt with this issue. For example, I have some image and an object that is not completely in the frame on it, are there any tools to recreate the missing parts of this image? We need software solutions built on machine learning.

This is possible if you train a neural network on a dataset where there are quite similar objects.
But, as far as I know, the existing solutions still do not work quite cleanly - there will be blurry, noise and artifacts on the completed fragment.
