What tool to quickly make visualizations for the customer?

Good day!
I want to speed up the issuance of visualizations to customers of installations. After calculating the non-standard, the customer needs visualizations. At the moment we are using ready-made blocks, parameterized by equations in Solidworks. But it takes quite a long time.
I see what is needed like this:
There is an online tool or an offline program. We draw ready-made blocks once (for example, "fan block", "heater block", "cooler block", etc.). Next, we have ready-made block templates from which we assemble the installation. It is desirable to be able to change the size of the blocks and put down the dimensions (so that the blocks are in scale).
Well, the bonus will be the cuteness of the resulting visualization.
An example of what I want to get. Just add dimensions here and make it look prettier (preferably pseudo 3d).
