emnip, stripe has his own.
but there is an open source clone that has the same functionality.
mashape.com also has similar functionality

You were advised slate in the answer above, but as for me, writing all the documentation by hand in markdown is some kind of BDSM.
There is apiDoc , which generates documentation from specially marked up comments in your code.
