What tool can gut a 16-bit image?
You need some tool that can take a 16-bit (important!) image in TIFF or PNG format and convert it to text-number form. For example, in CSV. So that the numerical values of the pixels are written in a column.
I guess that such things can certainly be done somewhere in Matlab or Numpy, but I want to be as simple as possible so as not to spend a hell of a lot of time studying.
PS Under Windows.
