What to write in a commit message?

Hello,
what should I write in a commit message? product version or version + detailed description of changes (is this a good practice)? and is it possible to somehow use git to generate a product changelog?

Recently, a translation of a rather curious article on the topic of writing comments on commits slipped through Habré: https://habr.com/post/416887/

In the title, write the number of the task or story and a brief description, such as fix bug or Added 2 new UI Tests. For a detailed description, there is a pull request and the task or story itself, otherwise you can become a writer.
