What to write for a portfolio?

Hello. I decided to change the field of activity, and go to work as a junior programmer. I have experience in writing code, but at the university level. I did some things for my studies. But it so happened that there was practically nothing left (all university work died along with the screw on which it was stored) and after that everything was completely trifles (I work on a TV set, so you can’t write anything interesting here).
