What to use for the online editor, which libraries?

Good day, the essence of the project is an online store of prints for everything (Business cards, T-shirts, calendars, mugs, stickers, etc.).
One of the features is an online constructor: The client selects the product he is interested in => and customizes / designs it:
1) Loading an image, over the stock one (for example, a T-shirt), the ability to move, zoom the image (drag and drop),
2) Insert, edit text.
Can anyone suggest in which direction to drip, and are there already libraries that solve these problems?
