What to use for PaaS?

Hello Toaster!
It is necessary to create a system to which the source code will be sent, and it will compile it, run it and monitor its status. The compiled code will essentially become a small web service. There can be thousands of such web services. The web service should be able to do everything the same as a standard web server. Each web server must be isolated from others, but at the same time be able to store common data between different versions of the same web service.
I immediately found openshift, cloudFoundary, cocaine and openstack, but I didn’t understand which one to choose specifically for my task. The language of the project is C++, the main requirements are speed, scalability and low cost of content.
So what do you advise, colleagues?))

@de1m

Under the desires you describe, those products that you described somehow do not reach very well.
If I were you, I would look towards the docker, or rather, kubernetes, it was actually invented for such things.
