What to use as a ready-made set of components for the front-end?

After several landings in a row, the question arises of using a ready-made set of components. At first, I twitched to gnaw Bootstrap 4 and all its gadgets, but there are some doubts about such an approach. Too many cries a la: "Bootstrap for admins!".

What can be used as a ready-made set of components that can be easily styled into a fairly unique design (as part of a landing page and ideally scalable to larger things)?

Desirable: modularity (not all pages need complex modals, or sliders, or a thousand buttons), semantics, normal documentation.

Moved from bootstrap 4 and a bunch of plugins and custom code additions.
On UIKIT 3, a much smaller total amount of files comes out.
Example https://an59.ru , depending on the time when you read this message, the site may not be completed yet) I
used a minimum of alterations to the standard assembly, added a couple of styles and icons and removed some.
Making a similar site on bootstrap would take much more time and additional components.
