What to teach a database administrator?

Good day to all!
I am a technical student. During my studies, I got acquainted with SQL, after which I began to learn it, the knowledge is still basic, but the desire to learn is great.
I want to find a job as a database administrator in the coming months. I ask for your practical advice on the knowledge needed for this vacancy and, maybe someone knows good literature on this topic, or good courses and lessons.
Thank you!

As a person this year who suddenly changed his career from senior php dev to DBA, I want to ask a counter question:
do you even see vacancies for a beginner-student-DBA? Kiss one or even two? For a student who has just seen SQL and already wants to be a DBA in just a couple of months? A person who has not even written what kind of DBMS is he interested in studying to the DBA level?
A separate DBA position in the project means that neither full-time system administrators (from the administration side) nor senior developers (with knowledge of SQL) already have sufficient knowledge of the used DBMS. But this database is important for business and a specialist in it is being sought who will ensure the good operation of this database.
Several DBA positions in the internship campaign is a very big project. These can afford to distract their specialists from work and invest in the cultivation of a new specialist. If you strongly interest the campaign in something.
I don't know how to become a DBA from scratch. It seems like DBAs only become if they have significant administration or development experience behind them.
Decide on a specific DBMS and read its entire manual. For example, the postgresql 10 manual in pdf takes over 3 thousand A4 pages. That 's enough for a couple of months . And this is just a manual. Only on directly a DBMS.
Plus, you need to know the basic administration of the OS under which this DBMS is used (for example, as a postgresql dba I don’t even have a close idea of \u200b\u200bwhat to do with windows - such exotic things do not occur in life. But for MS SQL, it’s probably not necessary to understand linux).
Plus theory: relational logic, providing transactional, competitive access, recovery after failures
Plus practice - activity in specialized communities, forums. Read, check, memorize, politely ask again in the comments if it seems to you that the previous answerer made a mistake, answer the questions.
Interesting? Forward. But I don't believe in DBA for 3 months from a zero student.

As one of the best options, I would recommend that you pay attention to the Lanit courses https://academy.ru/catalog/administrirovanie-bd/ They have options for both beginners and already experienced administrators.
