What to study for application development?

The question is asked by a beginner in programming...)
I have been working in the field of Design/3D for several years, recently I came up with the idea to create an application (social network) like Facebook/Instagram, etc. Where to begin ? Are there any other ways (besides learning code / programming languages, etc.) to implement / run the application. There is an application design - you just need to assemble it into a working `substance`)
But I don’t know how (maybe there are easier ways that I don’t know about)

Didn't read further. Let this thought go out of your head, because the apparent simplicity stems from ignorance of what technologies are involved there.
And so - JS, PHP, SQL and Google shaking on the topic of authorization on the web.
