What to study for 3D modeling?

Hello, I want to start learning and developing in 3D modeling. I have already created my first low poly model in blender from the video tutorial. However, I understand that I don’t have much knowledge and you won’t go far in one practice. Therefore, the questions are:

1) Does it make sense to get an art education?
2) What books should you read?
3) What areas of knowledge do I need to study for better work?

I don't plan to model characters, I'm more inclined towards architectural structures.
