What to study first? C(SI) or C++?

I have little programming experience. The question arose about how to start something seriously to master. I toil between C (SI) and C ++, I don’t know where to start. Just, let's say if I take up C (SI) I can jump over to C ++? Can I, for example, do the opposite? C C++ to C(SI)?

Yes.
Yes.
What is the purpose of study? Just to learn something? Then it doesn't matter at all.

It depends on what for - for desktop applications - C ++, it is better immediately with the Qt framework, but if embedded systems or microcontrollers, then pure C.
