What to read to understand blockchain and cryptocurrencies?

Good day!
I would like to get to the bottom of the truth and understand how cryptocurrencies work and what blockchain is, preferably NOT using Bitcoin as an example, but just a theory.
It is interesting to understand the algorithms and schemes by which a cryptocurrency is created, how the transaction process is implemented, what is needed for implementation in practice.
I read a lot, but in my opinion many write inaccurately, write their opinion on this matter. Perhaps there is some really CORRECT guidebook / top book that you can use to understand the technology?
I would be grateful for all the advice!

Maybe this collection of books will help .
IMHO the easiest way to deal with Bitcoin, because. everything is quite simple there, but the basic things are all there. With this understanding, you can experiment further and learn something new. It will be difficult to explain Ethereum if there is no understanding of Bitcoin. It is the simplest, and it is always easier to explain with examples.
