I'm not sure that I correctly understand the meaning of such patterns as Repository, Interactor, DAO, etc. It is not clear to me why to use Repositoty when there is a DAO. These patterns are not in the Gang of Four book. I do not want to read articles on habré, which are often written in the context of programming languages ​​​​that are unfamiliar to me. Where can I read the original source with the definitions and purposes of these templates?
