What to read in theoretical physics after Hawking?

Hello!
I read a couple of books by Hawking, Susskind "The Battle of the Black Hole."
All liked it.
I also read Penrose's "Big Small and the Human Mind" - a bit complicated, maybe I'll try again.
What else can be read similar? A certain number of formulas does not scare.
Maybe even more educational than artistic.
Susskind has a series of books called Theoretical Minimum, but only one has been translated into Russian.
Topics - Time, String Theory, Multiverse, Black Holes

There are interesting videos
https://youtu.be/kuyAUG6dBlE Looking through the Big Bang. Penrose.
https://elementy.ru/lib/430484 The Many Faces of the Universe Andrey Dmitrievich Linde.
There is a lot of good Mensky material on the multiverse (more specifically, the multi-world interpretation of quantum mechanics).
But I will warn you that these are all different hypotheses-models of the universe. Like all transmitting physics (strings, etc.). What is the correct one will be shown by research. So far there are none. Therefore, you should always keep in mind what is written in popular books - this is an open question.
This is so, by the way, with what mind to read or watch.
