There is no complete picture in Russian. I recommend opening a 3gpp map from netx (for example, this one, but you can find better ones, well, these maps show well if a third of the real cellular infrastructure), and then go through each individual interface of interest. I like the manuals from Nokia, google like "mss nokia filetype:pdf".
