What to read about business partnership?

A couple of times I tried to do projects with partners and unfortunately nothing came of it. It is very difficult for me to work with partners - different ideas about the project, we cannot find a common language or compromise, etc. Surely there is literature that touches upon the topics of business partnerships. What can you recommend to read?

You just need to divide the responsibilities between the partners so that they do not overlap - each is responsible for his part of the project.

Yes, of course, it is necessary that everyone does their own thing and does not interfere with the other, but if there is no common goal, then this is not a partnership. And in the little things you can always agree.
In my experience, a good partnership is obtained when one is the leader, he sees the goal in detail. The second is simply interested in the direction or field of activity, he complements the first in those functions that the first does not know how, does not want, does not have time.
When both try to lead, it turns out like in a well-known fable.
No one is immune from disagreements, a couple of times is not a statistic. It can only work out the fifth time, or the tenth. All successful people were successful not because they were lucky, but because they did not give up.
This is what I need to try - there is no such magic book of success "how to partner with people."
