What to practice with Kali?

How to practice with Kali/Black Arch/Parrot/etc tools?

For example, where can I get vulnerable versions of the same Windows Server to install in VirtualBox and try to exploit the n-th vulnerability? Are there any services for this?

UPD1: Gentlemen, especially gifted, who cannot read or are blind from birth, please re-read the question. I ask for recommendations on specific services, where to get

vulnerable versions
programs/os. Not guides, not books, but services that provide software or some kind of practice on Kali. Wargams are also included here.

There are many resources for pentesting and hacking sites: hack.me, Hack The Box and many others. They all practice and learn.

Take and place yourself.
On the other hand, if you have such questions, then you need Kali like a dog's fifth leg.

Why do you need Kali anyway? First, master the usual debian and install there one or another software that you want to learn. Kali is no longer relevant. Seen the serials...
