What to include in a web designer portfolio?

I recently started learning HTML/CSS (about 3 months), learned the syntax, layout principles. I also figured out a little in bootstrap and js + jq (I can’t write myself, I use it in projects and edit ready-made examples). I follow the latest trends (canvas, scroll's, animations with css, html5 features, I try to use webgl but for now I'm just editing and inserting into projects).
My plan (I made a site for a portfolio, now it remains to make sane examples of sites):
1. Site on Wordpress
2. Site on Joomla
3. Site purely on Bootstrap
4. Landing
5. Corporate site
To be honest, I don’t know what to do and then At the same time, I don’t want to spend time in vain on layout of unnecessary examples.
Tell me, what do you, as a designer/project manager/programmer, pay the most attention to in your portfolio?
If possible, advise, without which this portfolio will not even look good.
PS : I understand that so far my level probably doesn't even reach junior'a) But now I'm trying to pull it up a little. What you should pay attention to?
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR ADVICE! Constructive criticism is welcome!!!

Portfolio is essentially of no help, if you are actively working and looking for orders, they will be without a portfolio.
Doing something specifically to fill it in is generally pointless, there should be examples of work from customers, and not default CMS with an established design.
It is better to spend this time on orders that can be added to the list.

A portfolio is also in Africa a portfolio - this is YOUR work. I made my portfolio site and at first I had only one job)) Then their number grew to 30, then to 40, the design of the portfolio site changed. As a result, I selected 15 most successful and "live" sites. So that a portfolio is not written in an hour, it is written for a lifetime. Good luck to you.

Everything that you did and consider worthy work, then lay it out.
