What to download: Visual Studio 2015 express or Visual Studio 2017 community?

I want to start learning c++. From the IDE, VS is unanimously advised, but I can’t figure out which version to install. Everywhere they write about 2015. 2017, as I understand it, is truncated. Help me to understand.

Visual Studio 2015 does not have an express version, there is a community.
Community - this is a stripped down, free version.
Well, it seems that even the free functionality is normal. Download 2017 if you are on Windows 10.

community is a full version for one developer. Only some features useful in enterprise development are missing. But you have to register (it's free). Well, you can’t use it for commercial development.)
