What to do with two different paths (Java + C) in PATH?

I'm learning java for myself, the path to javac was written in environment variables. Now we need to somehow add a link to the C compiler there. Will there be a conflict? Throw everything together or make 2 path variables?

If there are EXE files with the same names in the folders and you will use them, then there will be a conflict, otherwise there will be no conflicts.
