What to do with this button in the system unit?

I found a computer, there is this button, apparently it is responsible for changing the voltage for different regions (I don’t rummage), it was sealed with electrical tape, which kept it pressed, without it it is not fixed and when it is in an unfixed position the computer buzzes like when start the motorcycle. I thought just solder the wires on it, but I want to sell this computer and I want to understand what to do with this button

This is similar to protection from turning on the computer when the case is open. When the case is closed, it should not affect the operation.
