Just install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) or Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) . You can install both runtimes. Why exactly 2010? Because the file is called you msvcr 110 d.dll. 110 is from VC++ 2010.
