I decided to start learning the Django framework. But all the documentation for Django 3.0 is in English, there is one documentation in Russian, but it is not complete. Should I learn Django 2.1? Because there are good books on this version

In general, in Russian here and here .

Learn at least to the level of reading the documentation, in any case, all relevant information is only in English.
