What to do with mass followers on Toaster?

Over the past 24 hours, a certain user has subscribed to a fairly significant number of my questions. At first I thought that he just went from somewhere to my page and was really interested in the same thing as me. But looking at the notifications carefully, I found that he was also able to subscribe to the questions that I retracted, i.e. deleted. They apparently remained available by id, but when I go from the "X subscribed to your question" notification to the question page, I naturally see "The question was deleted by the user. Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this page." Then I studied the user's profile and found that on the first three pages of "Subscribed" there are sequentially all the questions for a certain period of time.
In the profile, his contribution is zero, he has eight questions and three answers. There is a funny quote and a contact site is indicated, which he may be trying to promote in this way. How to respond to such users, especially since the site logic did not assume such a scenario and the send a complaint button is available only for questions/comments/answers, but not for profiles or for specific actions.

That's all I know.
The latter does not flood notifications, but often subscribes.
And what are you even complaining about?
