What to do with Livereload?

You have to save the file twice so that the changes are displayed on the page (during layout).
I've tried everything. And I switched to task managers, and through the liveload plugin in sublime, and through the plugin in chrome, and through livepage (also a plugin in chrome). That is, there is no difference through which way to use liveload
However, this delay and double pressing ctrl + s are more and more annoying (considering that I type quite often and a lot).
And yes, I use Ubuntu.
Please help :`((((((
