What to do if Visual Studio does not see libraries after reinstallation?
Hello.
Reinstalled Windows 10. Installed Visual Studio 2017. When I try to run any program, it displays a bunch of error messages, such as E1696 "Cannot open source file "stdio.h"" and others related to opening standard libraries. What am I doing wrong? Everything worked before. It looks like something else needs to be installed, but what?
