What to do if there is no access to the domain?

Hi everybody! We ordered a new site, there are no contacts with the developers of the old site, but the domain itself has a high position in the search. Surely someone has come across this, is it really impossible to return the old domain in any way?

try to find the owner's contacts through whois (some registrars have a function - send a message to the domain owner, like here www.reg.ru/whois/admin_contact), if it doesn't help, then wait until the registration period ends.

Wait, your site is old? If yes, and there is evidence, for example, your contacts are indicated there and so on, contact the hoster's TP and try to agree on resetting password logins and granting access, you may need a written request with a seal or something similar, but this is nothing =)
