What to do if the VK bot works when you click on the tab with it?

I wrote a bot for the VK group, translated it into .exe (pyinstaller), sent it to the server, but it turns itself off there, so I found a program so that it would start again when it was closed. I solved this problem, but there is another one. The bot itself works if you select something on its window (as in the screenshot), and when you reopen the bot, you need to do this every time. Is there a solution to make it work 24/7? (If you leave it in .py, then there will be a problem with it turning off every couple of hours)
