What to do if the template is not edited?

I completely cleared the contents of the view/theme/name/template/checkout/cart.tpl file, but when I click on the link, I see the standard cart.
Refreshing cache in modifiers doesn't help.
Changing the template in the default theme doesn't help.
Version 2.3.0.2
