When you run most programs on your laptop (Ubuntu 20.04 LTS is installed) (mostly such a problem with games, but also with such programs as Zoom, Skype, etc.), the sound does not go through the connected USB headphones, but through the built-in in laptop speakers.
Already tried to change the automute value in alsamixer, it does not help
