What to do if the computer restarts after shutdown?

I ran into an interesting problem. After changing the power supply (Aerocool VX plus to be quite system power 9), the computer began to reboot occasionally after shutting down. I tried all the methods, but after changing the PSU to another one (not VX), everything works fine. It doesn’t bother me much that the computer refuses to turn off, but I think that this can adversely affect the PSU.

Full bios reset helped. I just unplugged it, pulled out the battery for 1-2 minutes, put it back in, restored all BIOS settings and started the system. So far so good. Turns off immediately.

It happened that a particular PSU is not friendly with a particular motherboard. I did not delve deeply, changed the power supply unit and forgot about the problem. The "problem" PSU also worked later in another computer without problems.
