What to do if static is not loaded from the admin?

When I run docker-compose up --b this pops up:
Could not connect to the endpoint URL: " https://s3.nl-ams.scw.cloud/englishtalk-static/adm... "

This is a network problem, go inside the container and try to download this file via curl... and in general, maybe it's better to pull it up at the docker build stage?
