What to do if mysql periodically crashes?

There is a server on Digital Ocean and its muscle drops very often. I can’t understand the reason, the muscle logs are empty, the Apache logs only say that it’s impossible to connect to the database.

The solution is to configure the muscle (before that there were default settings)

We must find the reason. How does it fall? Restarting? Process start time can be viewed using ps -axu. If it doesn't restart, then it probably won't crash. What kind of error appears in the Apache logs? Maybe there are not enough connections?

in 99 percent of cases the memory runs out and the oomkiller kills the muscle as the most memory-demanding process,
why is that?
because 99 percent of schoolchildren like to launch sites with 512 megabytes of RAM.
