Hello everyone. The problem appeared recently. I don’t know why, but Windows itself flips everything up every 15-30 minutes. This happens on the desktop, the first desktop shortcut is highlighted, but I can open the program if I quickly double-click. Also in the browser, for example: I finish reading a feed or several messages, and in a friend everything scrolls up. I can’t go to the bottom because it scrolls everything exactly up. "I haven't seen it happen in games."
