What to do if Cyrillic is not supported in the Python path?

Again a strange question, but still. I made a program in Python using the pyttsx3 library for text-to-speech synthesis and saving an audio file. So, saving the file does not work if the program is launched along the path where there is Cyrillic (and like spaces). Is it possible to somehow modify the path so that it does not have Cyrillic characters and spaces, but still points to a specific path to a file/folder? Can this be done in Python?
