What to do if contacts in telegrams are mixed up with another person?

Good afternoon.
I noticed this feature: In the cart, I receive notifications from contacts who came to the cart who are in the contact list of my wife. All intersections are only a family group on Google and once she inserted a SIM card into my old smart, sort of like with a cart. But this does not detract from the fact that notifications about those contacts that she added not so long ago are knocking.
Where to dig?
I understand that Telega has no support as such, except for Volunteer Support, where my question has not been answered since February 10th.
-Sims are over 9 years old and have not changed.
-I don’t remember there was a cart on smart when my wife inserted a SIM card or not. This was over 3 years ago.

[SOLVED] The
following turned out: When my wife inserted her SIM card into my phone, Telegram synchronized contacts to its cloud. The solution was simple to delete the synced contacts in the settings and uncheck the sync box.
