What to do if an element shifts its neighbors?

Hello! We are talking about Bootstrap 3.

In the picture, the numbers on the left and right are dynamic, they change when the slider is moved. And the fact is that the characters in the font have different widths, so it turns out that with each movement of the slider, it shifts either to the left or to the right. What can be done with this? Please do not advise using monospaced fonts.
