What to develop in Java?

Hello. A year ago, I was reading Java books and doing simple console projects. But I switched to other languages because I just got bored with Java. Now I decided to return to Java, but I faced the same problem.
Question: What can be developed on it besides console applications?
Backend - well, I also developed a backend for sites and games on node.js, quite successfully, and everyone recommends it.
Databases - I worked with mongodb and had no problems.
Desktop software - everyone says that JavaFX / Swing is not for the desktop (in the sense that there are better solutions for software development)
Games - Unity / UE4 - very simple solutions
Software rendering - suggest C ++ as a better solution
So what to develop in Java?

They don’t make servers for games on a node, except for hipster fans. And they make an enterprise in Java.
What does mongo have to do with it? Databases are written in C++, and you can connect to them from any application, in almost any language.
I did not like it, I found Qt for myself.
It's not easy to write an unreal engine or unity level engine.
Anything you want, but most of all it is used for mobile phones and for the web (all sorts of banking systems and other serious things)

@Q2W

As I know, in java production they write either a bloody enterprise or dull andoid applications.
