What to choose phaser vs cocos2d vs smthElse?

Hello! I'm interested in developing games in HTML5, while I'm learning and doing simple things without using frameworks, and now I decided to move on.
Who came across, please tell me what, in fact, is the difference between Phaser and Cocos2d, what are the pitfalls when choosing one of them, in particular when creating a game for both a browser and a mobile device? Because I couldn't find much comparison on the Internet.
