What to choose, Neat or Susy, when moving away from the Bootstrap grid?

Decided to move away from Bootstrap grid. The first thing I found was Neat (because I use Bourbon) and I had already made my choice until I read the article when the dude left Near for Susy and hung up...
Colleagues, advise objectively, Neat or Susy?

Susy 3 is basically just a helper for calculating column widths. All mixins like span() or container() have already been removed from there.
