What to choose for a small collective blog?

Gentlemen, tell me in choosing cms. There is a small number of authors - 5-10 people who want to write a small number of articles "for history", i.e. share your own experience, a large number of users is also not expected, what to stop your eyes on? WordPress seems to me somewhat inconvenient for a collective blog, and LiveStreet is too “large”, are there any intermediate options? Or is it still safe to use WordPress for these purposes?

I think that WordPress is the best choice in this case. Look at least at InspireMe or Smashing Magazine . Much more authors, but everything works great.

WordPress!

  • Quick to install
  • Quick to set up
  • Convenient for customization
  • Lots of themes and plugins
  • Low entry threshold for people who have experience in CMS and related programming in particular

There are online systems like movabletype and so on. You can try them, and definitely - Wordpress.
By the way, if it's not a secret, tell us according to the criteria. Have you decided that Wordpress is inconvenient for a collective blog?

We used WordPress, there were just a dozen of us, okay. Only the CSS was set up crookedly - but this did not bother the bloggers themselves.
