What to choose and where to start: IT or IS?

Hello, I have a problem here. I am a person with disabilities, in connection with this I cannot go to other professions that are interesting to me, since doctors prohibit any physical activity (impressive). I decided a long time ago to go into the field of IT and information security, but I didn’t succeed with the first one, and I’m a little afraid of the second one, although I was more familiar with it. Now I don’t know what to do, because I don’t want the same result as with programming.
What is better to do: return to IT or stay in IS? Well, what resources will be better for me to get used to?

If it's a little unclear, I apologize. This is the first time I'm asking a question on Habré, and in general I'm asking someone on the Internet ...

Go to the billionaires, the work there is not dusty, there are no nerves, you only need to be afraid of the tax.

Programming, information security is of course interesting, but I opened and looked at vacancies in my city (before the pandemic), 80-90% in government agencies where a military man with a category not lower than B is needed (no idea why they are asking for this), and there are no vacancies themselves a lot and are usually needed already with experience of 2-3 years. Junes in IB are usually taken already from 4-5 courses (if the specialty is usually a specialty) of local universities. So for you, the best option I see is programming in your understanding of IT, but if the soul lies in information security, then go there. I do not urge you to starve and beg, learn and everything will come.

You need to look at the world much more realistically, content manager + study of layout, then add programming, land and plow every day.
