What to choose a work laptop for a web designer for $1000?

Recommend the best laptop for $1000 +- $25.
I am engaged in the development of not complex sites (design + layout + everything else).

For myself, I singled out the following requirements for the candidate:
1. Necessarily 1920x1080. Preferably 17"
2. Not a crap video card (I sometimes play Dotka2 + a few not too demanding new products).
3. Battery - it doesn't matter. During the day, the socket is almost always at hand.
4. A matte screen is desirable.
5. Large amount of RAM.

I plan to buy Win8 and Photoshop in the future.So far,

there was only one more or less suitable version of the DELL Inspiron 7720 (variation with backlit keys).
