What to choose a flash drive with hardware write protection?

Good afternoon.
I want to buy a flash drive with hardware write protection in the form of a switch to use as an antivirus.
I found a few on the Internet, Chinese near-name ones, but people complain that they are quickly dying.
Can you recommend something specific, tested?
Or, maybe modding a regular flash drive with a switch insert into something like write permission pins?
I would be grateful for help.

Look at PQI there was something similar. For example PQI Cool Drive U339.
Their flash drive worked for me for 2 years without problems, then it disappeared, so we can say that it did not "die" quickly.

Worked for a company that supplies 90% of USB Flash drives to Russia. I can say with confidence that branded flash drives with hardware write protection do not exist.

I use http://isostick.com/ .
There is a hard drive button, plus a CD drive emulator.
I've been using for a year now.
