What to assign to the peer_id parameter?

I want to do something like a chat bot in VK,
but the problem is that I don't understand how to make the bot a parameter to send a message.
What does the peer_id in the message.set method have to be equal to for it to work in conversations?

For user:
user id.
For a group conversation:
2000000000 + conversation id.
For a community:
-id of the community.
