What timeline service are you using?

You need a sevris with a timeline where you can mark the introduction of new functionality on the site and see how it affected some indicators, as well as import your attendance / sales statistics.
Schematically like this - awesomescreenshot.com/0c032d1r10. (On the Y-axis - sales).

@IgorMann

I'm not sure if this is the best way, but in my daily practice I use it often and even get valuable information often. We are talking about the most common Google analytics. I've made it a rule for every major product change on the service, as well as for every major marketing event, to leave a comment on the timeline.
What is very convenient - these comments are visible on any statistical sample. So, on a generalized sample (for example, about the number of visits), I may not see any changes, and the comments left do not tell me anything. But on a sample of the number of registrations or the number of sales (which are configured through track events, for example), the data can show significant changes, and the comments left are good clues why this happened.
