What the hell is wrong with Visual Studio?

I am writing an application. I have a pulbic folder at the root with controllers. There is an index.html file there. I delete this file, but when I start the project, it is there and there is a long-standing one, I re-uploaded it a long time ago. I deleted this file from the VS project, went through the explorer, it is not there. And I go to localhost:___/Public/index.html it is there! I'm already sick of it, why can this be? Why is it that when the file is deleted, it is also the old version? I checked everything, it's the same project, the same folder... nifiga. I don't understand..

Try removing the bin folder from the project root.
